∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any reputed University.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the RMG sector, including 3–5 years in a leadership role as Head of Training & Development, with expertise in coordinating training programs for multiple factories from the corporate center.
∎ Proven track record of managing large-scale training projects and leading TOT initiatives.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder Management skills.
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the RMG sector, including 3–5 years in a leadership role as Head of Training & Development, with expertise in coordinating training programs for multiple factories from the corporate center.
∎ Proven track record of managing large-scale training projects and leading TOT initiatives.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead all training activities including designing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, and executing training programs across Standard MH Group for both Management and Non-Management staff, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
∎ Develop an annual training calendar with a cost-effective budget and ensure that training programs are conducted as planned.
∎ Work closely with the PMS team to identify skill gaps through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and organize targeted training programs to bridge those gaps effectively.
∎ Plan & execute Management & Leadership development programs to build future leaders.
∎ Centrally coordinate and monitor training and learning activities, including technical skills training, soft skills, and behavioral training, across multiple factories based on business needs.
∎ Responsible for overall Training module design, training material development, and evaluation skills.
∎ Collaborate with external training providers & industry experts for best-in-class practices.
∎ Track key learning metrics, assess training impact, ROI & report it to the Senior Management.
∎ Ensure that all training & learning functions are effectively evaluated and feedbacks are effectively used to improve the quality of the programs.
