Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 12 Hrs. in a day. (After probation period)
∎ Normal Working days During Production Time 20-21 days in a month (240 Hrs..- 252 Hrs.)
∎ EMPLOYMENT TERMS
∎ Probation Period & Duty Time: 3 Months & 8 Hrs in a day
∎ Contract Period: 2 Years (Renewable)
∎ Normal Working Hours:
∎ 12 Hrs. in a day. (After probation period)
∎ Normal Working days During Production Time 20-21 days in a month (240 Hrs..- 252 Hrs.)
∎ Accommodation, Food & Transpiration: Provided by the company.
∎ Annual leave & Leave salary: As per company policy 2 months will get vacation on completion of 2 years after visa renewal, No Leave salary will be provided during the vacation period.
∎ Employment Status: Single
∎ Job Location & Shift: Anywhere in Sultanate of Oman on any shift (day/night) as per business Requirement.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic/Monthly salary 1 Hours 0.400 (OMR)
∎ Approximate Monthly Salary: 35,000.00 (BDT)
∎ Other allowances with Gratuity & Leave salary 1 Hours 0.050 (OMR)
∎ Bonus (if full attendance) 1 Hours 0.050 (OMR)
∎ Total Salary 1 Hours 0.500 (OMR)
∎ Remarks: During sickness maximum 12.8 OMR get medical allowance in a month
∎ Basic/Monthly salary 1 Hours 0.400 (OMR)
∎ Approximate Monthly Salary: 35,000.00 (BDT)
∎ Other allowances with Gratuity & Leave salary 1 Hours 0.050 (OMR)
∎ Bonus (if full attendance) 1 Hours 0.050 (OMR)
∎ Total Salary 1 Hours 0.500 (OMR)
