Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Funnel Management and conversion of HORECA
∎ Communication with intended customers (Providing samples, offer letters etc.
∎ Negotiation and deal finalization with customers
∎ Convincing customers for better product visibility
∎ Meeting collection target as per negotiated terms and following up on customers for collections
∎ Following up on customers for order placement
∎ Following and enforcing the credit policy with maximum favor to the company's interest and negotiating credit terms with customers
∎ Following up on customers for their collections including pursuing legal administrative actions
∎ Maintaining strong rapport with the customers
∎ Maintaining relation and liaison with customers beyond sales and collections
∎ Report pricing and trade commission structures of competition
∎ Recommendation about pricing (New and existing product)
∎ Month Closing documentation and reconciliation
∎ Promotional pitching to customers about brand value and providing company profile.
∎ Collect samples, monitor and report competitor business, new products, marketing activities.
∎ Helping with promotional activities such as gifts, events etc.
∎ Coordinate with distribution team on timely delivery of products to sales points
∎ Maintain coordination with Sales Coordinator regarding Invoices, Collection receipts and return documentations
∎
