∎ • BSc/MSc in Horticulture from any reputed Institution
∎ • BSc/ MSc in Agriculture /Agro technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Horticulture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ o Should have sound knowledge in Scientific Plantation of vegetables, flower, trees
∎ o Green House, Net House, Hydroponic / Organic farm process.
∎ o Managing weed/pest/disease control by biological way.
∎ o Analyzing horticultural yields, operational costs and financial returns.
∎ o Ensuring compliance with Local and International standard.
∎ o Organizing horticultural research on Plants, vegetables, seeds etc.
∎ o Negotiating contracts local and foreign sources and contract farmers.
∎ o Liaising with concern regulatory.
∎ o Report writing (Weekly, Monthly and Yearly)
∎ o Any other tasks to done by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ • Sound knowledge in Plantation / Farming (Hydroponic/ Horticulture, Green House).
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agro based farm, Farm Management, Experience in Farm Machinery and Fish Farming.
