∎ The Opportunity
∎ The Hospital Lead will provide clinical and managerial guidance to a team of 8-10 senior staff members to run a 40-bed hospital for Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals, and Host communities in Teknaf. The incumbent will ensure the quality of services following national and humanitarian standards/guidelines /protocols etc. The Hospital Lead will coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders (e.g. District and Upazilas level MOH&FW Managers/Authorities, Camp In-Charge, UN bodies, and the Health sector for day-to-day operations. In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
