Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing Strategy Development Brand Management
∎ Manage and enhance the hospital’s brand identity and reputation in the community.
∎ Oversee all branding materials, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and media channels.
∎ Implement strategies to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
∎ Digital Marketing & Social Media Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing to increase online visibility.
∎ Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and engage with the online community
∎ .Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make adjustments for improvement.
∎ Content Creation & Promotion: Develop and manage content for the hospital's website, blogs, newsletters, and social media
∎ .Coordinate with healthcare professionals to create educational content (e.g., articles, videos, infographics) for patient engagement and information.
∎ Patient Engagement & Outreach Coordinate events, seminars, and webinars for patient education and hospital awareness.
∎ Develop partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and influencers to expand the hospital's reach.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, patients, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services.
∎ Advertising & Campaign Management Oversee traditional and digital advertising efforts, including TV, radio, print media, and online ads
∎ Plan and manage advertising campaigns to promote hospital services, specializations, and health programs.
∎ Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and ROI goals.
∎ Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and trends in healthcare.
∎ Gather feedback from patients, caregivers, and staff to assess patient satisfaction and improve marketing efforts.
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
∎ Public Relations & Community Relations:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local media to gain positive coverage for the hospital.
∎ Create press releases, media kits, and manage public relations activities to promote hospital achievements, services, and community involvement.
∎ Represent the hospital at community events and health fairs to increase brand visibility.
∎ Reporting & Budget Management Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including leads generated, patient conversion rates, and digital metrics.
