Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cleaning guest rooms:Thoroughly clean all surfaces in guest rooms including furniture, floors, windows, mirrors, and light fixtures. Changing bed linens and towels:Remove soiled linens and towels, replace with fresh ones, and properly make beds. Bathroom cleaning:Clean toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, and bathroom floors, ensuring proper sanitation. Replenishing supplies:Stock guest rooms with toiletries, coffee, tea, and other amenities as needed. Vacuuming and dusting:Vacuum carpets and dust all surfaces in the room. Trash removal:Empty all trash cans in the room and bathroom. Reporting maintenance issues:Notify the appropriate department about any damage or malfunctioning equipment in the room. Guest requests:Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, including additional towels, extra pillows, etc. Following safety protocols: Adhere to all hotel cleaning and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
