∎ Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role (minimum 5 years)
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies
∎ Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
∎ Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are maintained
∎ Train new housekeeping staff and ensure ongoing compliance with company protocols
∎ Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; coordinate with vendors as necessary
∎ Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
∎ Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
∎ Maintain records of work assignments and ensure timely reporting
