∎ Basic knowledge of MS Office and housekeeping management software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create a schedule every day that shows who is assigned to clean which areas.
∎ It is updated throughout the day as guests check in and out and Inspect Rooms and Common Areas for Cleanliness.
∎ Housekeeping Supervisors are responsible for inspecting the work of housekeeping staff to make sure branch 100% tidy, clean and organized.
∎ Having a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an obsession with cleanliness.
∎ Training new staff on the Hostel's specific standards and policies.
∎ Should have idea about housekeeping chemical and Order cleaning products.
∎ Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staff coverage.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
∎ Coordinate deep cleaning and special project schedules (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing).
∎ Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly.
∎ Respond to guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services.

∎ 8 Hours duty (Break 1 Hour).
∎ Weekly 1 day off and will get all govt. holiday.
