Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
∎ Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation and employee attendance tracking.
∎ Coordinate employee benefits, leaves, and disciplinary procedures.
∎ Support performance evaluation processes and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and implemented effectively.
∎ Oversee general office operations, supplies, and maintenance needs.
∎ Maintain documentation and ensure all files and records are organized and accessible.
∎ Assist in organizing company meetings, trainings, and events.
∎ Handle correspondence, communication, and follow-ups with vendors and service providers.
∎ Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Admin Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
