Job Context:
∎ The HR Assistant is responsible for providing the require assistance in the various Human Resource functions, which include Recruitment, Documentation & Data Management, Compensation & Benefits, Administration, Training & Development.
∎ The position is also responsible for providing adequate information on time to the focal of HR & Admin department for appropriate decision making and policy implementation. HR Assistant is bound to ensure the best practice of NGOF organizational policies & maintain the utmost confidentiality of HR & Administrative work.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Recruitment
∎ Assist the Head of HR Administration and Senior Officer HR & Admin with the entire recruitment process as needed. Assist in conducting test & interview and ensure the proper documentation of the whole recruitment process.
∎ 2. Documentation & Data Management
∎ Assist Senior Officer HR & Admin with employee onboarding and orientation. Focal person for staff personal file documentation. Ensure and maintain staff database, Volunteer database, and other data connected to the HR & Admin department. Ensure the Staff ID card /RRRC Id card & Organizational visibility distribution.
∎ 3. Compensation & Benefits
∎ Assist Senior Officer HR & Admin in tracking staff attendance & Leave forms. Reporting the attendance information in an appropriate manner to ensure the monthly payroll. Ensure the staff’s resignation documentation. Moreover, ensure the staffs monthly Pay slip documentation. Ensure staff monthly Mobile Bill & Office Cleaners monthly bills.
∎ 4. Administration:
∎ Project IT equipment management focal point. Ensure the project's IT equipment distribution is executed out effectively. Assist Senior Officer HR Admin in purchasing necessary IT-related equipment and ensuring the effective implementation of Office IT Support.
∎ 5. Other responsibilities:
∎ Assist in other HR & Administrative work as required, Adherence of NGO Forum for Public Health HR Policy & other policies and ensure the best practice of organizational policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Previous working experience HR & Administration in the relevant discipline.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ • HR Operations
∎ • Office Administrations
∎ • Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ • Should have good interpersonal skills.
∎ • Potential to handle conflict.
∎ • Sound knowledge in Email/Outlook communication & MS Office

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
