Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
∎ Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
∎ Manage payroll, leave, and attendance records.
∎ Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
∎ Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
∎ Assist in organizing training and development programs.
