∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct handling recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, IQ test, value test and exit interview.
∎ Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
∎ Maintain and update HR software.
∎ Has to perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments.
∎ Update internal databases with new hire information on HR software.
∎ Preparing and drafting various types of HR-related letters and notices.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check, and verify identity before confirming employment of the candidate.
∎ Keep a record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.
∎ Assist to Paper work for HR policies and procedures.
∎ Preparing Employee Personal File and Update accordingly time to time.
∎ Assist to performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Provide various employee headcount reports for managerial decision-making purposes.
∎ Floor Visiting and share the observation with Superiors.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labour law and EPZ law.
