∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
∎ Candidates with experience in retail or footwear industry will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
∎ Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure accurate HR documentation.
∎ Enforce company HR policies and monitor their implementation across all outlets.
∎ Track attendance, leave records, and maintain disciplinary procedures.
∎ Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
∎ Work with outlet managers to evaluate team performance and provide reports to management.
∎ Plan and conduct training sessions, orientations, and employee development initiatives.
∎ Coordinate payroll information with the accounts department.
∎ Ensure all HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Assist management with strategic HR planning and organizational improvements.

We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Executive who will take overall responsibility for managing recruitment, employee performance, staff development, and HR compliance. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can support both head office and showroom teams.
