Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation major in HRM/Management from a reputed university.
Job Context:
∎ HR Intern will work under the supervision of Senior HR Manager to assist recruitment and onboarding related activities.
∎ Work Location: IRC Bangladesh, Cox`s Bazar Office
∎ Duration: 3 Months from the date of Joining.
∎ Office Time: 5 working days in a week
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in Organizing Interview sessions.
∎ Candidate Communication over the phone.
∎ Sending Email Invitation to the Candidates.
∎ Coordinate with supervisor to arrange written test.
∎ Prepare Compiled Score sheet and Interview Board Recommendation note.
∎ Assists in Reference Checking.
∎ HR Filling & Documentation.
∎ Assists in onboarding formalities
∎ Personal file checking.
∎ Participate in weekly meeting with supervisor.
∎ Work independently to meet up above responsibilities.
∎ Performs any other duties as required and instructed by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 60 years
∎ Good understanding on computer literacy specially MS word, Excel, Box, etc.
∎ Excellent documentation and communication skill is required.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.
