Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and tracking applicant data
∎ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and panel members
∎ Help with employee onboarding and documentation processes
∎ Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
∎ Support in organizing training, orientation, and employee engagement activities
∎ Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and reports
∎ Learn and help implement HR policies and procedures
∎ Prepare reports and support KPI tracking under supervision
∎ Handle basic queries from employees regarding HR processes
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship will give you hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
