∎ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
∎ Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
∎ Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback systems.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
∎ Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
∎ Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
∎ Provide HR metrics and analysis to senior management for informed decision-making.
∎ Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
