∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
∎ A Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Candidates with relevant certifications in Labor Law, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development are preferred.

∎ Preferably from a reputed organization or within a BPO/contact center environment.
∎ Candidate should have experience in recruitment and onboarding
∎ Should be skilled in HR policy development.
∎ Must have hands-on experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
∎ Should be well-versed in payroll coordination and compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Must be comfortable working in a full night-shift ( 8PM to 6AM )environment and managing HR operations accordingly

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for night-shift roles, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
∎ Develop and execute effective night-shift hiring strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated job descriptions aligned with night-shift operational needs.
∎ Serve as a direct link between management and night-shift employees, handling grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture for night staff through targeted engagement initiatives.
∎ Conduct exit interviews and implement actionable insights to reduce night-shift attrition.
∎ Oversee the performance management system and facilitate night-shift employee reviews.
∎ Coach team leads and supervisors on performance, feedback, and conflict resolution specific to the night operations.
∎ Design and manage fair and competitive compensation structures for night-shift roles.
∎ Coordinate timely and accurate payroll processing, especially for night-shift incentives or differential pay.
∎ Monitor market trends to offer relevant night-shift benefits and retention strategies.
∎ Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws, particularly those related to night shifts, shift differentials, and worker safety.Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, including those tailored to night-shift protocols and disciplinary actions.
∎ Conduct regular audits to uphold compliance, safety, and HR process standards during night hours.
∎ Align HR strategies with night-shift operational objectives and overall business goals.
∎ Provide strategic HR input to senior leadership, highlighting trends and needs from the night shift.
∎ Analyze and report on HR metrics and night-shift workforce data to support evidence-based decisions.
∎ Maintain updated and well-organized employee records and HRIS for the night-shift workforce.
∎ Prepare and present HR reports specific to night operations.
∎ Manage the HR budget for night operations and optimize resource allocation accordingly.
