Job Context:
∎ We are a group of companies in IT, real estate, hospitality and passenger ship building and transport sector. The group is relatively new and currently in the process of developing various new projects including an intercity passenger carrier vessel building, world class iconic rooftop restaurant and IT products and service solutions. We therefore, require to streamline our entire HR and office management systems and processes to ensure proper compliances are maintained and adhered to for smooth operation of the businesses.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Prepare employment, consultancy and supply chain contracts and SLA.
∎ • Maintain & proceed all HR related work from recruitment to separation.
∎ • Ensure policy and procedures are in place for best HR practices and update from time to time.
∎ • To draft and prepare several types of HR Related Letter - Selection, Appointment, Confirmation, Extension, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, Show Cause, Office Note, Notice & Report, Dismissal Letter and so on.
∎ • To deal with all matters relating to disciplinary actions confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other applicable law & rules.
∎ • Maintain and update personal files of all employees & update time to time.
∎ • Prepare, maintain & update Organogram.
∎ • Arrange and maintain office ethics, etiquette and code of conduct.
∎ • Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ • Experience in staff / line management, office dispute resolution, office administration, General HR
∎ • A good team player
∎ • Competent in MS office packages (preferably Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
∎ • Proficient in communicating in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).
∎ • Attention for detail
∎ • Organised and disciplined
∎ • Flexible in doing unsocial hours or weekends depending on urgency / work deadlines.
∎ • Flexible in travelling out of Dhaka for our regional office staff management and training and support.

Salary: Negotiable
