∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputed public or private university (Candidates from other disciplines with relevant HR experience in the banking sector may also apply.);
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources within a bank;
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English;
∎ Strong analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as an HR Generalist;
∎ Ensure timely talent acquisition by implementing effective sourcing strategies;
∎ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding;
∎ Verify candidate credentials and backgrounds prior to onboarding;
∎ Administer semi-annual and annual performance appraisal systems;
∎ Update and maintain HR policies in compliance with legal and industry standards;
∎ Engage in continuous communication with employees to track and enhance individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
∎ Support additional HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
