∎ Post Graduation in Management/ HRM from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Private University, Recruitment & Selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR policy & regulations follow up and update.
∎ Manpower Planning, Change Management and Developing Organization Culture.
∎ Salary designing and organizational hierarchy structure designing.
∎ Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Succession Planning.
∎ Maintain & update employee database, prepare and submit reports to Management.
∎ Performance Management System (PMS), Team Management and Performance Assessment.
∎ Training, orientation, Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
∎ Maintain salary report, employee benefits and employee separation.
∎ Grievance handling, conflict management, control over staff.
∎ Ensure discipline and regular (daily) floor visit to ensure the productivity of staffs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in any University will be given preference
∎ Good knowledge about organizational rules and regulations.
∎ Computer literacy is essential.
