Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Public Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Public Administration
∎ Master’s and Honors’ in HRM or Public Administration from any reputed university.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement HR policies and procedures at field.
∎ Work closely with micro finance operation at field.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Coordinator regarding HR & Admin issues.
∎ Provide authentic information to field staffs about HR & Admin issues.
∎ Manage recruitment & evaluation exam along with staff joining activities.
∎ Participate in orientation, training and meeting as required.
∎ Visit minimum four field offices as per monthly plan.
∎ Conduct investigation and properly handle complaints and grievance issues.
∎ Prepare work plan and reports as per direction.
∎ Playing active role in asset management and purchase procedure at field.
∎ Other need base activity as per instruction given by management.
