Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM with Honors' in HRM/Public Administration/Management from any reputed university.
Job Context:
∎ TMSS a renowned national level social development organization, invites application from eligible candidates for the vacant position of HR Officer in different field level domain offices of micro finance program under central HR-M & Admin department.
∎ Job Location: Sylhet & Barisal (Local applicants will get more preference)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in micro finance operation at field.
∎ Implement HR policies and procedures at field.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Coordinator regarding any HR & Admin issues.
∎ Provide authentic information to field staffs about HR & Admin issues.
∎ Arrange field based recruitment exam along with staff joining activities.
∎ Participate in different field staff orientation, training and meeting as required.
∎ Visit the field offices as per monthly plan.
∎ Conduct investigation and properly handle complaints and grievance issues.
∎ Prepare work plan and reports as per direction.
∎ Playing active role in asset management and purchase procedure at field.
∎ Other need base activity as per instruction given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
Salary:
∎ Consolidate 20,000/- per month
