Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Prepare administration monthly expenses.
∎ Formulate and implement HR and admin related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ Responsible for HR and administration expenses preparation and organization.
∎ Arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment procedure.
∎ Recruiting employee and maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ ?Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Administration.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computers, MS Office, Excel, Internet browsing and IT-related areas.
∎ Must can speak English fluently
