∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes and Payroll management.
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
∎ Oversee employee relations, attendance, and performance management
∎ Conduct training and development programs
∎ Ensure legal compliance and handle HR documentation
∎ Maintain a positive and productive work environment
∎ BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a reputed institution
∎ Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is preferred.
