Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field or B.Sc. Engineering from any recognized college/university/institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared HSE (Health Safety Environmental) Plan, Building Fire Safety Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency response and rescue plan, Grievances Management Plan, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment)
∎ Coordinating with cross-discipline team members (ADC, NOCD, CAAB and vendors) to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules related to Health, Safety and Environmental Issues.
∎ To provide advice and enforce lo maintain the occupational health and safety standards of the organization to achieve ZERO INCIDENT at the Workplace.
∎ Ensure the project site adheres to company and regulatory HSE standards and procedures and offers appropriate guidance when required.
∎ Provide HSE oversight in all day-to-day operational activities including observing for unsafe acts/conditions, monitoring all HSE-related in the field.
∎ Act as onsite HSE representative, providing support to various operational processes.
∎ Conduct dally site Inspections with the Production team.
∎ Work with company and contract personnel to immediately correct deficiencies identified and facilitate solutions.
∎ Organizing and coordinating Safety Coordination Committee meetings with management to coordinate unsolved issues.
∎ Monthly safety inspection at the site to detect hidden hazards and give them the best remedial measure for compliance.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports/data/records related to OE/HSE performance and monitor the application of HSE standards.
∎ Prepared HSE Management plan, Emergency rescue and evacuation plan, Environmental plan, Waste Management plan, Traffic Management plan, Nightshift procedure, etc,
∎ Develop and implement JSA, RA and Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessment.
∎ Conduct an audit every four months interval with the client on Environmental and occupational health and safety
∎ Conduct weekly Inspections with the client on Environmental and occupational health and safety.
∎ Ensure daily toolbox briefing and weekly mass briefing conducted with all workforce.
∎ Ensure firefighting and rescue equipment are in order.
∎ Response in case of any emergency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
∎ Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
∎ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HSE related job experience
∎ Qualification may relax for retired person from any defense with similar experience
