Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
∎ Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
∎ Collaborate with international clients to understand their manpower needs.
∎ Ensure proper screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
∎ Workforce Planning & Management
∎ Monitor and manage the workforce supply for different projects.
∎ Coordinate with recruitment officers and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of selected candidates.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws in destination countries.
∎ Employee Relations & Performance Management
∎ Address and resolve employee grievances and disputes.
∎ Develop HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and suggest improvement plans.
∎ Maintain employee and candidate records.
∎ Prepare regular HR reports for the Managing Director.
∎ Ensure accurate record-keeping of manpower recruitment activities.

We are looking for a potential HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the manpower recruitment agency, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment operations, and maintaining effective workforce planning. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to handle recruitment processes, client relations, and employee management.

∎ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
