Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with the Arannayk Foundation Human Resources and Admin team in implementing the ICIMOD-supported project.
∎ Ensure compliance regarding human resources and admin-related issues related to the ICIMOD-supported project.
∎ Support the Human & Wellbeing Officer of Arannayk Foundation in regular Human Resources management.
∎ Work with the Admin unit of Arannayk Foundation in regular Admin operations.
∎ Assist Arannayk Foundation in updating and developing relevant policies and guidelines.
∎ Act as the gender focal point for the project and facilitate appropriate inclusion of gender issues in planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities.
∎ Organize different events like training, workshops, seminars, etc., and prepare event reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of people who come into contact with the organization and AF team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including prevention from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).
∎ Organize in-house capacity development trainings for the Arannayk Foundation staff on general HR and Admin issues.
∎ Support Arannayk Foundation in preparing reports, including quarterly progress reports, research reports, annual work plans, and project completion reports etc.
∎ Collaborate with program, finance, and administrative staff to ensure systems are following donor guidelines and Arannayk Foundation policies and rules.
∎ Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned by the Executive Director and Head of Programs of Arannayk Foundation, from time to time.

∎ For smooth operation and ensuring compliance in human resources, administration, procurement, logistics, security, and other relevant activities of Arannayk Foundation’s upcoming ICIMOD-supported project, a ‘Human Resources, Admin and Security Coordinator’ will be hired for the project duration.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the overall guidance from the Executive Director and the Head of Programs of Arannayk Foundation, the ‘Human Resources, Admin and Security Coordinator’ will be part of a diversified team and will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Admin issues of Arannayk Foundation and the ICIMOD-supported project activities in light of the Agreement between Arannayk Foundation and ICIMOD.
∎ The main tasks for this position would be, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
∎ Work with the Arannayk Foundation Human Resources and Admin team in implementing the ICIMOD-supported project.
