∎ B.sc in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering will be preferred also.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Vocational training,Hot work training
∎ Training/Trade Course: Trade course on Air conditioning,Trade course on Air Refrigeration system
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Technician, Supervision, Teamwork

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AC/ Air Conditioning, AIR COOLER, HVAC, Refrigeration , Technical Knowledge in Heat Transfer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assembling or dismantling HVAC machinery/ equipment, chiller, cooling tower or other devices as per instructions of supervisors or other experts.
∎ Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
∎ Identifying maintenance risks on equipment & Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
∎ Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
∎ Schedule and oversee all HVAC maintenance, service, and repair work performed by in-house staff and outside contractors.
∎ Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions & emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot regarding heating, cooling, and ventilation issues & Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
∎ Responsible for the care of the tools that the company provides for the performance of their works.
∎ Performing routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating bearings, changing oil filters, or replacing parts & adhere strictly to all EHS rules and regulations.
