Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Computer science/ Computer Engineering/relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain digital applications (both online and offline), digital archives and admin panel.
∎ Provide support in developing e-learning courses. Collaboratively work with vendor who is under Service Level Agreement (SLA).
∎ Maintain website including follow-up migration of website from WordPress CMS to Laravel PHP framework.
∎ Provide training and troubleshooting support for use of digital applications (eToolkit, eLearning course, digital monitoring apps etc).
∎ Maintain eToolkit online analytic and update API for offline versions.
∎ Weekly checkup all digital platforms and ensure smooth running status.
∎ Monthly checkup of domain and hosting. Keep backup of database.
∎ Yearly update digital resources sustainability plan.
∎ Advise on tech-based KM tools for internal use.
∎ Advise use of social media and ICT opportunities.
∎ Explore potential options for scaling up eHealth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Expert knowledge in programming and ICT system
∎ Capable of development and handling a large web-based ICT system
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in handling large volume ICT system
∎ Experience in Development field (ICT based communication) will be added qualification.
