∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Good arithmetical skills, Good computing skills specially Ms excel Formulas and functions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the line-wise productions, line balancing, workers' individual efficiency, and production efficiency.
∎ Develop and adopt new techniques and methodologies to increase productivity and quality with minimum cost.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of the skills of the workers, and machine, to minimize the cost.
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.
∎ Ability to perform with a minimum of supervision.
∎ Experience of working with foreign management.
∎ Willing to work long hours.
∎ Knowledge of Standard Sweater SOP and KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant in spoken and written English.
