Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B. Engr:) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily attendance & Make adjustments to balance the line as per absence.
∎ Hourly Production Monitoring & Achieve the line Target day to day basis.
∎ Preparing the operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
∎ Study factory production capacity and efficiency.
∎ Study production process and assess efficiency of operator.
∎ Find out style SMV by time study.
∎ Time Study, Motion study
∎ Production Study
∎ Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.
∎ Analyze individual operator’s performance.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing technician and Line Supervisors for line setting & related job.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine garments manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Reduce garment cost by using industrial engineering tools & GSD.
∎ Skill Matrix updating once in three month.
∎ Skill evaluation during recruiting new manpower
∎ Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce.
∎ Line balancing.
∎ Op skill analysis board update daily basic ( on 8.30 am)
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with buyers and staff at all levels.
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must have advanced computer skills.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Looking for smart, energetic, pro-active and career oriented candidate
