∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering or in a closely related subject from any reputed university ( KUET, CUET, RUET, SUST, DUET will be preferred )
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to prepare bulletin, layout and line balancing.
∎ Have to solve bottleneck at time of production.
∎ Have to operate Breakdown & Layout of woven bottom
∎ Work on M/C Layout and work station layout
∎ Work on line setup .
∎ Have to do production estimation of a line
∎ Work on method study (Sewing Movements of an operation)
∎ Introduce new work aids & methods.
∎ Maintain skill Matrix.
∎ Reduce wastage & time loss of production.
∎ Monitor & guide , work study officers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and problem solving skill.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
