Now over 8000 employees are working in different Strategic Business Units under the group. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated person for the following position.
∎ The purpose of the position is to manage the team and use different types of tools and techniques to improve productivity and efficiency (Time study, Motion study, Lean, 5S, KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma). The position will monitor closely and prepare reports daily basis (Hourly production, 5S, Efficiency, WIP, Input Output ratio). The candidate for this position must be technical with practical experience in Knit Garments Production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan, and factory monthly plan based on the history of the line and factory efficiency.
∎ Co-ordination with the planning department for improving the pre-production activities.
∎ Co-ordination with Factory manager for cut plan and finishing plan based on delivery priority.
∎ Co-ordination with the Human Resource department for training progress (fresh training and multi-skill training).
∎ The candidate needs to audit the factory and lines to ensure the operation bulletin and line layout are followed by the line supervisor.
∎ Monitoring and Auditing IE and Jr.IE activities in all the units.
∎ Doing research and exploring new machinery and latest systems that meet the company's long-term goal and preparing cost benefits analysis and ROI for the same.
∎ Areas for improvement are related to material handling, shortenings the process, reduction of the operation time (SMV)
∎ Must have to monitor the wastage control policy.
∎ Must take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools, and look for scope of implementation in the factory.
∎ Research and development for samples prior to production start.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years where 04 years of practical working experience as IE Manager in the Knit garments industry;
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
