∎ Minimum B.Sc from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan.
∎ Review production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Monitor order status , schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Study and record Cycle Time, SMV of Each Wash Batch & Dry Process Process .
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Evaluate new Operator's skill assessment & Performance.
∎ Ensure machine lay out to Load the Dry Process line an Wet Process MC as per plan.
∎ Ensure the forecast for production line & achieve the plan forecast.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about production vs Achievement, and should have capabilities for searching a root cause and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Should have knowledge to prepare Style wise Production cost.
∎ Communication Skill : Fluent in English both Speaking & Writing.
