Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Mock tests on a regular basis.
∎ Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.
∎ Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus.
∎ Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock test.
∎ Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
∎ Conducting IELTS Live Sessions through Social media platform.
∎ Generate development ideas for IELTS course.
∎ Creating and evaluating all test papers for the candidates within a given time frame.
∎ Conduct counseling sessions to enhance motivation and boost the performance of the candidates.
∎ Maintaining and updating the Training Cohort Datasheets.
∎ Regular feedback and one-to-one discussions to assess the needs of students.
∎ Develop and explain methods that fairly measure student progress toward obtaining their desired score.
