Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students.
∎ Deliver engaging and interactive classes focusing on the four key areas of the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
∎ Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
∎ Student Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
∎ Provide detailed and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
∎ Identify individual student needs and tailor lessons accordingly.
∎ Resource Development: Create and update instructional materials and resources.
∎ Stay current with IELTS exam formats and requirements to ensure teaching materials are up-to-date.
∎ Student Support: Offer one-on-one support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours.
∎ Motivate and encourage students to achieve their target scores.
∎ Address any academic or personal concerns that may affect student performance.
∎ Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and strategies.
