∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in IELTS teaching or mentoring is preferred. Previous experience in conducting mock tests and preparing students for the exam is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
∎ Strong communication and classroom management skills
∎ Must have the IELTS exam structure and scoring knowledge
∎ Ability to teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
∎ Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their target band scores
∎ Basic understanding of online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
∎ Minimum IELTS Band Score 8.

∎ Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends, changes, and resources
∎ Cooperate with the marketing team to prepare promotional content.
