Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define application problems by conferring with clients, evaluating the business processes.
∎ Preparing and evaluating various alternative workflow diagrams.
∎ Validate results by testing programs.
∎ Ensure operation by training client personnel; providing support.
∎ Provide reference by writing documentation.
∎ Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
∎ Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Clear concepts about software development life cycle (SDLC).
∎ Ability to understand complex business domain.
∎ Practical experience of writing SRS, SDD, inception report, progress report, user manual etc.
∎ Ability to interpret the end user's requirements/problem to the appropriate technical personnel.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Willingness to learn & dedicated to work.
∎ Team working ability & maintain a high energy level and a strong work ethic.
∎ Remain updated on emerging developments in relevant technologies.
∎ Must have interest in self-learning on new technologies & processes.
∎ Capable of manage multiple activities and shifting priorities.
