Education:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or any related field.
∎ 5+ years of experience in Aluminium fabrication/manufacturing.
∎ Experience in architectural Aluminium systems (doors, windows, facades, partitions, etc.) is a plus.

∎ Strong knowledge of Aluminium profile fabrication processes (cutting, CNC machining, assembly, welding, etc.).
∎ Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery (CNC routers, punching machines, anodizing units, etc.).
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Good communication and reporting skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Aluminium profile fabrication processes (cutting, CNC machining, assembly, welding, etc.).
∎ Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery (CNC routers, punching machines, anodizing units, etc.).
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise a team of machine operators, welders, fitters, and fabricators.
∎ Oversee the fabrication of Aluminium profiles, including cutting, drilling, bending, assembling, and finishing.
∎ Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production to meet project deadlines.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.
∎ Monitor workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
∎ Enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
∎ Conduct inspections and testing of fabricated Aluminium profiles.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance quality.
∎ Provide training on fabrication techniques, machine handling, and safety protocols.
∎ Assign tasks and monitor worker performance, attendance, and discipline.
∎ Ensure all fabrication machines and tools are maintained and serviced regularly
∎ Monitor raw material stock levels (Aluminium profiles, fasteners, accessories, etc.).
∎ Optimize material usage to reduce waste and control costs
∎ Maintain records of production output, material usage, and workforce performance
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management
∎ Document and analyze operational issues and suggest improvements.
