Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / IPE from reputed university. Public university preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involved in production of large multiline geotextile industry equipped with modern European state-of-art technology machinery.
∎ Plan, Organize, Instruct and make optimum day to day operation, establishes priorities and schedules, achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity.
∎ Understanding of Geo Fabrics inspection, 4-point system, Pattern & Cutting knowledge, Lab tests knowledge on GSM PROFILE, CBR, STRIP TENSILE STRENGTH, GRAB TENSILE STRENGTH, AOP, DURABILITY etc.
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per ADB Projects and BWDB’s quality standards in terms of physical, mechanical and hydraulic characteristics of geotextile fabrics.
∎ Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards of geo fabric, geo rolls, geo tube and other nonwoven needle punched products and maintain quality parameters for the products to be delivered against specific project.
∎ Supervise and monitor inventory closely with planning and store department. Ensure available of martial equipment and accessories in line with production planning in term of current and upcoming projects.
∎ Maintain plant and employee safety, feed employee training engineer and operators to develop skill.
∎ Maintenance of PLC HMI AIM and SIMATEC operation.
∎ Work with fiber preparation, card, cross layer and needle punching technology and their components such as needling, variable drive, servo, encoder, active interface, conveyors and electrical cabinet’s programmable devices.
∎ Work on polypropylene staple fiber, technical specification of fiber, filament and their testing parameter to certify quality of inbound raw materials.
∎ Experience on operation of Autefa, Andritz, DILO, FARE non-woven plant are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years in reputed geotextile / textile manufacturing industry.
∎ Experience on operation of Autefa, Andritz, DILO, FARE non-woven plant are encouraged to apply.
∎ Analytical Ability, Report Preparation Skill.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good Proficiency in written and spoken in English.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications.
