∎ Minimum Graduate/ A Master’s degree or MBA from any reputed University with no 3rd Classdivision/CGPA preferably major in Marketing/Management/ Finance/ Economics.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the Retail division business team including home loan and auto loan.
∎ Achieve Retail business target assigned by the Management.
∎ Develop and implement Retail lending strategies and ensure maximum customer service.
∎ Overseeing business for retail business including Home Loan and Auto Loan.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance to senior management.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with housing developers, auto vendors, MNC, corporate houses, doctors and other high-end customers for expansion of retail business.
∎ Provide necessary training regarding retail lending products to the sales team.
∎ This position is responsible for leading and supervising the Retail Division activities including home Loan, Auto Loan team and increase Retail business portfolio by acquiring new potential customers and achieving the business target assigned by the Management.
