Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product sourcing, Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw Material Sourcing, Planning & Maintaining Store & Inventory of Raw Materials.
∎ Monitoring creation of new item code, rerquisition, Gate Pass, move order, Inspection, transactions etc.
∎ Working with Audit department and taking action to reduce slow moving, non-moving item & inventory adjustment.
∎ Coordination Liaison with production, Central store, Sub Store & other stakeholders.
∎ Maintaining stores by using Inventory software.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it updated all time for all projects.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statements.
∎ Making a comparison sheet of selected suppliers and present to management.
∎ Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality and cost-efficient etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Regular communication with suppliers to monitor the price trends and make decisions for the new procurement plan.
∎ Ensuring zero shortage of raw materials and use of optimum inventory and
∎ Checking physical inventory on a regular basis and maintaining the exact same stock as software.
