Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales target as per business plan and ensure achievement accordingly.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
∎ Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly cash revenue streams for the products.
∎ Monitor the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.
∎ Obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skill development and product knowledge development.
∎ Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamline processes and systems wherever possible.
∎ Manage the sales team, develop a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meet on agreed targets and promote the organization's presence throughout our all region.
∎ Plan and direct the sales team to accomplish specific objects and intent them with responsibility.
∎ Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales report, cyclical sales meetings.
∎ Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and plan.
∎ Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have proven leadership skills
∎ Strong communication skills
∎ Effective negotiation skills
∎ Stong sales pitching and reporting skills
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable
