∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily Food revenue, ticketing and all other revenue.
∎ Check rebate report, discount report, complementary and, to ensure that every complimentary use discount or rebate of revenue must have adequate explanation in the approval form.
∎ Finalizes food cover report and maintain various documentation for food and beverage control and the Finance Department.
∎ Post Revenue journal in the software, adjustment entry and generate daily report.
∎ Keys in revenue journal and distributes to Outlet Mangers and management.
∎ Establish control mechanism as per organizational policy for minimizing revenue loss.
∎ Controls dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for dockets and making sure canceled dockets are recorded accordingly.
∎ Performs spot checks on outlet checks used
∎ Having all voided checks, corrections and unsettled checks approved by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
∎ Reconciles total outlet sales to total charges
∎ Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges. All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy. The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges must be summarized and sent to the Accounts Manager and General Manager for review daily.
∎ Audits and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied.
∎ Works with Cashier to check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets.
∎ Reconciles revenues on a daily basis via back up page.
∎ Adhere to Finance Policies and Procedures.
∎ Special projects as assigned by management or ownership.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proven work experience as an Income Auditor or similar role.
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software
