∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Accessories
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste
∎ Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues
∎ Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements
∎ Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target
∎ Preparing material and equipment lists , cost analyses, and estimated production costs
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for improving the pre- production activities
∎ Constant monitoring of all Process involved in Production
∎ Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades
∎ Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information
∎ Constant research using Time Study and updating of the concerned data
∎ Ascertain any bottlenecks if any, in the planned Process Flow and rectify the same immediately
∎ Monitoring weekly performance report of individuals and conduct meeting to improve their performance
∎ Constant research on Motion Study and implementation of systems to cut down the same
∎ Managing process documentation and preparing production reports
∎ Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals
∎ Research on new Machineries and Systems and implement the Right Technology in the Right Place and Time
∎ Working on new projects if any and suggesting advanced techniques for improvement.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
