Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Civil or Electrical from a reputed university from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & publish periodic reports on Towerco's fault, the fault restoration plan, restoration status, plan resources and spare parts, SLA, KPI to relevant teams for taking necessary measures
∎ Monitor performance of Towercos by conducting weekly meetings, technical discussion, technical workshop, knowledge sharing in compliance with company values and CoC and measure the performance of delivery against SLAs to identify gaps and risks for taking corrective measures or escalation as necessary
∎ Support Towercos to ensure better delivery, plan resources from an operational point of view and resolve disputes and conflicts between the parties
∎ Periodical monitor expenditure against financial budget and prepare monthly provision for passive infrastructure's rent and optimize OpEx by selecting or suggesting the right product or alternative option by analyzing products and requirements
∎ Resolve and track issues and faults (LO issues, battery backup issue, generator issues etc.) in the shared sites and escalate to the infrastructure owner for restoration with the support and collaboration from the regional support team
∎ Coordinate with different internal stakeholders to arrange the sharing feasibility feedback for the lease out site and execute any passive readiness activity before sharing with the other operators
∎ Prepare and maintain infrastructure sharing database with the details of a passive infrastructure facility (different product of site sharing or passive infrastructure) and also reconcile data with the regional operations team and invoice periodically
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-6 years experience in the Telecom industry
∎ And minimum 3 years' experience in infrastructure sharing with field operation activity
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Detail understanding of passive infrastructure and site sharing and sound knowledge of product pricing
∎ Should have sound knowledge on passive infrastructure products, site sharing
∎ Basic knowledge of cellular telecommunication
∎ Knowledge of passive element like power equipment
∎ Knowledge of operational SOPs, maintenance cycles, and procedures will be an added advantage
∎ Sound understanding of quality and standards
