Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any discipline.
∎ Candidates with background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Quality and Inspection related certificates

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct inspection according to the client's requirement/General working procedure
∎ Ensure all the information collected as required for the inspection is readily available before handover of the inspection file.
∎ Review and update inspection documents such as client's requirements, work instructions etc. and follow accordingly during the inspection.
∎ Ensure all relevant data and information related to the job is filled up properly.
∎ Maintain company's integrity policy and guidelines during inspection.
∎ Prepare complete inspection report onsite and send immediately to clients or customer service at office if required.
∎ Ensure all equipments are calibrated and verify calibration records before using at facility
∎ Ensure Zero error and record complaints through proper onsite inspection.
∎ Assist in addressing customer complaints according to company guidelines.
∎ Address and answer any query raised by customers, local authorities, overseas colleagues, and management as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Sound knowledge in the Inspection process
∎ Customer Management Knowledge
∎ Product Quality and Manufacturing Knowledge
