Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ A min15 years of General Work Experience is essential of which 10 (ten) years in the relevant field.
∎ Work experience in Institutional capacity development is essential.
∎ Work experience in the Institutional collaboration and systems thinking in developing Governance model is required.
∎ Work experience of working with International Donor organizations is desirable.
∎ Work experience in policy and program design for good governance and accountability is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Demonstrated Knowledge on urban local government system and policy is essential.
∎ Knowledge of Legal Jurisdictions, scope of public organization/agencies is desirable.
∎ Technical knowledge of policy, Laws, Acts, Regulations, Standards and codes related to urban and environmental planning is essential.
∎ Knowledge on collaboration mechanism across city, regional and National level Institutions is desirable.
