Additional Requirements:
∎ 3–5 years of professional experience in interior architecture and 3D visualization.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Strong understanding of space planning, lighting, and materials.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create innovative and functional interior designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
∎ Produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
∎ Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings (using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender).
∎ Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.
∎ Prepare mood boards, material selections, and space planning.
∎ Supervise design execution and ensure it aligns with approved plans.
